Who leads the clinic?
Santé Direct is led by specialized nurse practitioners (NPs). Our approach puts listening and understanding your needs at the heart of the consultation.
How do I book an appointment?

What are the fees?
Contact our team to find out the fees for your consultation. If applicable, check reimbursement terms directly with your insurer.
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. Any prescription, test or referral depends on the healthcare professional’s assessment and what is appropriate for your situation.
What if I need an in-person examination?
Telehealth is not suitable for every situation. If your concern requires an in-person assessment, the healthcare professional will explain the next steps.
What should I prepare?
Find a quiet, private space. Prepare your identification, medication list and questions. Our team will explain what information and equipment you need before your appointment.
Can I use this service for an emergency?
No. Santé Direct is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the emergency department.
What concerns can I discuss online?
A consultation with a nurse practitioner may be suitable for certain skin concerns, contraception, STI screening without symptoms, medication renewal for a stable condition or a review of results. See the examples and limitations. Eligibility is confirmed individually.
